Having obtained her Ph.D in Clinical Psychology from the University of Ottawa, Dr. Sroga is a registered member of The College of Psychologists of Ontario Dr. Sroga has more than 30 years of experience in the field; helping individuals with anxiety and depression, intimacy and communication, identity and self-esteem, life transitions, managing emotions, culture and family, and self-defeating patterns of thought and behaviour.
Jadwiga Binczak, RSAE, ICADC, ICCS, ICCDP, B.A. Psych
Addictions & Mental Health Counsellor
Jadwiga specializes in addictions, concurrent disorders and co-dependency issues and offers addiction counselling for alcohol, drugs, sex, gambling, internet and other obsessions and compulsions. Jadwiga is a member of CACCF (Canadian Addictions Counsellors Certification Federation).
Emma Zylstra, B.A.(hons) Psych
Psychometrist & Therapist for Reading and Writing Disorders (Wilson Fundations Program)
Emma specializes in administering psychoeducational tests and in depth one-on-one instruction in phonetic and literacy skills. Her experience in working with school-aged children with learning and developmental disorders and her motivational and reinforcement strategies create a warm and positive environment in which to promote learning.
As Dr. Sroga’s assistant, Niki aids in the scoring of tests and participates in the preparation and writing of assessments by summarizing the observations made by Dr. Sroga (or other attending psychologists and psychometrists). Niki is currently a fourth year student in the B.A.(hons) Psychology program at Nipissing University.
SarahJayne aids in the scoring of tests, administrative duties, and summarizing of observations made by Dr. Sroga (or other attending psychologists and psychometrists). SarahJayne is currently a student at Nipissing University in her fourth year of both the B.A.(hons) Psychology and the B.A. (hons) Sociology programs.
