Dr. Sroga has more than 30 years of experience in helping individuals with anxiety and depression, intimacy and communication, identity and self-esteem, life transitions, managing emotions, culture and family, and self-defeating patterns of thought and behaviour.
Our affiliations with other professionals who specialize in the areas of Addictions, Learning & Developmental Disorders, and Forensic Psychology provide our clients with focused resources based on their individual needs.
As a registered service provider for Veteran's Affairs Canada, Canadian Forces, as well as Health Canada, Dr. Sroga provides therapeutic services to members of the Canadian military for a variety of matters including, but not limited to, Traumatic and Post-Traumatic Stress.
Services are offered through a variety of modalities. In addition to sessions in the office, sessions may be available via Skype, telephone, and email correspondence for feedback and monitoring.
